Strawberry Chamomile Smoothie

  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Chilled Chamomile Tea
  • 1 tsp Honey (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
  • Ice as desired, if using fresh strawberries)


  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
