Invigorating Coffee Sugar Scrub

Coffee is a must have in our pantry and also happens to be very beneficial to the skin, so incorporating it into our beauty routine was a no brainer.

Caffeine stimulates blood flow and when applied to the skin is effective at reducing the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks. It also works to reduce redness and heal acne scars. Coffee is also full of antioxidents, which prevents premature signs of aging.

This scrub can be used on all skin types and can double as a lip scrub. We don’t recommend using on your face as coconut oil can clog facial pores. (It can easily be swapped out for Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil, which don’t clog pores).

Not only is this an efficient exfoliator, the smell of coffee is being researched as a potential stimulant, making this scrub perfect for a boost of energy. So next time you brew yourself a cup of joe, save those leftover grinds and treat yourself to beautiful soft glowing skin.
